Paul Liebrandt’s Soon-to-Open Little Elm Now Taking Reservations

The eight-seat chef’s counter inside the Elm in Williamsburg will open for business on December 6, with two seatings a night from Wednesdays through Sundays. The multicourse dinner will cost $135$200 with wine pairings — and a vegetarian option will be offered.
