The factory fire that temporarily knocked out production of the iconic “Coney Island Square” knish at Gabila’s may soon be a distant memory, but in the meantime, no one has squares and everyone’s sad about this. Thankfully, the Center for Kosher Culinary Arts in Brooklyn has provided a workaround: Just make your own bootleg version from scratch.
