Kitchensurfing and Food52's Holiday Market; Pastry Chef Lauren Fortgang Returns to New York

Lauren Fortgang, pastry chef at Le Pigeon and Little Bird Bistro in Portland, will return to Hearth Restaurant tomorrow night to serve signature desserts from her new cookbook, Le Pigeon: Cooking at the Dirty Bird.
