Kitchensurfing and Food52’s Holiday Market; Pastry Chef Lauren Fortgang Returns to New York

• Lauren Fortgang, pastry chef at Le Pigeon and Little Bird Bistro in Portland, will return to Hearth Restaurant tomorrow night to serve signature desserts from her new cookbook, Le Pigeon: Cooking at the Dirty Bird.
