Zagat hears Michael Psilakis will reopen his UWS Greek restaurant Kefi next Monday with an expanded bar area and an attractive new staircase. A ruptured pipe took the restaurant out of commission back in January; Psilakis and partners, who’ve been repairing the damage ever since, will celebrate with all-day happy-hour deals — $5 cocktails and $1 oysters — every day through December 1.
