The creators of Sleep No More have opened their first-ever restaurant inside the McKittrick Hotel. Like the interactive, vaguely Shakespearean play, the Heath’s atmosphere evokes a seductive film noir. Chef R.L. King, formerly the sous-chef at Il Buco, will cook classic British dishes like bubble-and-squeak cod cakes, rabbit toast, fish and chips, and Fisherman’s pie. Keep it light, though: You never know when a nurse will capture you and take you into a dark forest labyrinth. Take a look at the space, a few of the dishes, and the menu, straight ahead.
