General manager Eamon Rockey and chef Bryce Shuman of Betony, which was recently named “Best Restaurant of the Year” by Esquire, have introduced a two-course, $38 fixed-price lunch menu. It runs Mondays through Fridays from noon until 2 p.m., and includes an appetizer and a main course (like roast chicken with chanterelles and Hakurei turnips).
