Already well on its way to becoming an established global brand, Jonathan Segal’s STK has joined forces with a financial group and has become a publicly traded company. And now that the meatpacking district original, a perpetual celebrity magnet like its other locations, is almost ten years old, Segal is developing a more casual spinoff called Rebel STK, which he says will “carry the DNA” of the original, but will do so at a presumably lower price point.
