Roy Choi is celebrating the release of his cookbook memoir, L.A. Son: My Life, My City, My Food, with Anthony Bourdain. Their talk will take place at the powerHouse Arena on November 5 at 6:30 p.m.; tickets cost $85 and can be purchased online. This Sunday, immerse yourself in the art of wine-making at City Winery. From 7 to 11 a.m., 100 tons of hand-picked California grapes will be flown in for the annual "Fall Crush" event.
