Surprise, surprise: In this week's installment of Celebrity Settings, Miley Cyrus makes two appearances she's spent her time clubbing (but hopefully not twerking) all over town. Meanwhile, cover boy Joaquin Phoenix who, unlike Miley, shuns attention stepped out at a gala, and the usual celebrities graced the usual steakhouses with their pretty faces.
