The chef and owner of Tazzina in Glendale is packing up and moving his two-year-old restaurant to Forest Hills sometime during the next few months, DNAinfo reports. Jason Zukas, who worked under Tom Valenti at Ouest and was the chef at Charles before striking out on his own, tells the site he’s also bringing on former Chopped contestant Tony “ToKa” Kang as his sous-chef at the expanded restaurant, which will not only be larger in size but will also offer a more in-depth menu of upscale Italian dishes and a tapas section.
