A late-breaking announcement today from the offices of Will Guidara and Daniel Humm: Chris Flint, who started working at Eleven Madison Park in 2008 and served as executive sous chef at the NoMad, is now chef de cuisine at Eleven Madison Park. Meanwhile, James Kent, who has served as EMP’s chef de cuisine for the last two years, has been appointed to lead the NoMad kitchen, where he replaces Abram Bissell. Kent, who started working at Eleven Madison Park six years ago, also represented USA at the Bocuse d’Or and competed in Lyon in 2011. [Related]
