Eater notices that Williamsburg’s swanky Antica Pesa has been temporarily sidelined by the health department, owing primarily to cold-holding temperature-related offenses and undercooked food, which count as critical violations. The Roman restaurant blew into town this time last year and became, much like its sister branches, a big-time celebrity magnet. (Madonna is a frequent diner.)
