Eater spotted an application for something intriguing called Dirt Candy (Big Candy LLC) on the agenda for next month's CB3 Manhattan's SLA & DCA Licensing Committee meeting, and the blog speculates that Amanda Cohen's tiny "candy from the earth" eatery may be moving to roomier digs at 86 Allen Street. A Dirt Candy worker tells Grub that there's "no real news to report," because "it's just an application" — which may mean something will be sprouting through the ground come November 19. When asked if the agenda item was affiliated with Dirt Candy, she pleaded the fifth, saying she'd have to look into it. [Eater NY, Related]
