An all-star team of foreign and domestic cooking talent will descend upon old repair shop turned hip bar Crown Victoria in Williamsburg on Sunday for Omnivore’s annual New York event. Grégory Marchand of Paris restaurant Frenchie will cook alongside Marc Cohen of Lawrence and José Ramirez of Chez Jose after a master class with butcher John Ratliff of Ends Meats. Pam Yung, Owen Clark of Gwynnett St, ice-cream man Sam Mason, and soon-to-be-former Pines chef Angelo Romano are among the “special guests” at the “Carnivorous Party,” the feast that goes down just as soon as class lets out. Tickets are $30, and more details are here. [Omnivore]
