We’re quickly getting into the thick of fall food festival season, and another event that stands out is the Gramercy Tavern chef-partner’s dinner on October 10 at the High Line Hotel. Anthony will cook a special meal in conjunction with the release of Vanity Fair 100 Years, which spans the “trends and events of the last 100 years.” Over in Brooklyn, the Franks and a roster of guest chefs will also stretch the space-time fabric and flavor continuum this weekend as part of this year’s sold-out Le Fooding New York event.
