The year-old Eastern European–influenced restaurant Mazelle closed over the weekend in Bushwick with a suitably epic bash, and while owner Yury Maze plots his “next interstellar dance moves,” the Starr Street space already has a new tenant lined up: Two owners from nearby Momo Sushi Shack have joined forces with a former Roberta’s manager to open what Bushwick Daily hears will be “the best sandwich shop in all of NYC.” So, there you go. The incoming restaurant’s rumored name is “HiHello,” and it’ll open sometime this fall. [Mazelle/Facebook, Bushwick Daily]
