Oops: Anastasios Kountis, a 32-year-old man from Staten Island, has been arrested for allegedly supplying nine restaurants with fake Health Department letter grades. The restaurants hired Kountis to represent them at violations hearings, but Kountis would skip those entirely and simply present his clients with either photocopies of A grades or legitimate grades that he stole from other restaurants. He reportedly charged between $150 and $200 for the service. The owners of New Punjab Restaurant and Grill in Brooklyn, one of the duped restaurants, say they now owe the city nearly $20,000 in fines as a result. [DNAinfo]
