Reps from Luke’s Lobster write in with the news that the shops are now offering no-gluten buns made by Maine bakery Better Bread for a $2 supplemental charge per roll. Celiac-disease sufferers may not be able to take advantage of the new bread because of the potential for trace amounts of gluten behind the line at Luke’s shops, but anyone with a mild gluten insensitivity should now go and be able to eat lobster, and be happy as a clam.
