Chicago’s Big Food Event; The Full San Genarro Vendor Lineup

Chipotle is looking to target food-conscious millenials with a series of short films and a downloadable video game aimed at subtly promoting its farm-fresh brand over Big Food competitors. [USAT]

Tickets are still available for Chicago’s Imbibe & Inspire: “The Roots of American Foodways” event, which will feature chefs from around the U.S (Hugh Acheson, Paul Liebrandt, Will Guidara, and others). Things kick off on Sunday, September 29. [Grub Street] is hosting its first-ever food festival, Local Eats 2013, on October 8 at Santos Party House.The fest will feature restaurants that are less than two years old, beer and wine aplenty, and a silent auction benefiting KEEN New York.
