Paris import Sushi Shop, which opened with a splash last year with consultant Jean-François Piège making foie gras maki rolls and noted tamago connoisseur Lenny Kravitz designing custom takeaway boxes, has closed one of its two midtown shops, at 536 Madison Avenue. According to an employee, the remaining Sushi Shop will continue on at 31 West 52nd Street, which you’ll no doubt be able to locate so much more easily as soon as the FAA clears its in-house rice-burger delivery drones for takeoff.
