Coming in October.
Coming in October.

The folks behind online food magazine Honest Cooking are teaming up with Aquavit and the International Culinary Center to bring a veritable boatload of chefs from Denmark and beyond for the NORTH Nordic Food Festival, which goes down from October 2 to 7. Much of the programming will be devoted to master classes at the ICC, where visitors will be joined by their New Nordic New Yorker chef-counterparts, among them Daniel Burns of Luksus, Marcus Jernmark of Aquavit, Mads Refslund of Acme, Aska’s Fredrik Berselius, and Carl Kristian Frederiksen of Aamanns-Copenhagen. Out-of-towners notably include former Noma head chef Matt Orlando, who has just opened the anticipated Amass in Copenhagen. Tickets go on sale August 8, and organizers are adding more chefs to the lineup, which you can check out here. [Honest Cooking, Related]
