U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton ruled on Friday that churrascaria chain Fogo de Chão could not actually sue U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services for denying a special work visa to one of its essential churrasqueiros back in 2010, stating that the restaurant’s owners had “failed to prove the chef had the type of ‘specialized knowledge’ that would make him eligible for the visa.” But did he even try the sirloin?
