Eataly Turns Three; Known Merchant Launches

Clarke’s Standard, the burger joint with a butcher-shop feel, opened its fourth location at 870 Broadway today. [Grub Street]

• Freshly launched wine start-up Known Merchant is hosting a summer rosé tasting on September 9 at Bottlerocket Wines.
