It’s the opening seconds of one episode in a new ten-part AOL series called Serving Innovation, which is all about chefs and other food luminaries explaining their work. (Richard Blais of Top Chef explains in the first installment how working the Filet-O-Fish fryer at McDonald’s led him down an unlikely path of inspiration.)
