New Wendy’s Logo Contains the Word Mom

The fast-food chain redesigned its logo last year, and some have noticed that Wendy's blue-and-white-striped collar appears to spell out the word mom, especially when it's all one color. We can assure you it was unintentional, explains company spokesman Denny Lynch in an e-mail to Quartz, which we'll totally believe just as soon as we can shake this weirdly sudden, unexplained impulse to call Ronald McDonald "Dad."
