Here’s the Full, Fantastic Contributor List for The Way We Ate

Photographers Paul Wagtouicz and Noah Fecks have a new book coming out, with 100 recipes representing each year in the 20th Century. The book, The Way We Ate, is an extension of Wagtouicz and Feck’s blog, which looks at every Gourmet issue ever printed. Each recipe in the book is authored by a different contributor, including Andrew Carmellini, Ruth Reichl, Marc Forgione, Shuna Lydon, and — disclaimer — Grub Street’s own Alan Sytsma. There are even Breakfast Club-inspired cocktails for 1985. The Way We Ate comes out on October 30, but you can check out the complete list of contributors straight ahead.
