The Times has a longer-than-usual list of imminent restaurant openings for tomorrow’s Dining Section, and among them is the great news that Ed Schoenfeld is converting the downstairs dining room at RedFarm into a full-fledged mini-restaurant called Decoy, which will “feature Peking duck dishes.” There’s no opening date attached to the project, and the paper indicates the upstairs kitchen will undergo a round of renovations first.
