Photos of Charles Saatchi choking his celebrity-chef spouse appalled every single person who saw them last month, and while the art mogul accepted a formal "caution for assault" from police at the time, Saatchi last week very publicly decided that he would divorce Lawson, just because she refused to defend his behavior or speak publicly about the incident. Now, predictably, it's been confirmed that the couple will in fact divorce after ten years of marriage. Reuters reports neither party will go after the other's money, and Nigella Lawson's lawyer (who represented Paul McCartney when he divorced Heather Mills) says she's seeking a "swift and amicable" resolution to the process.
