Hallelujah! Grub hears that the beloved aperitif has inspired the folks at Ward III and Butter & Scotch to collaborate on a boozy pie. The base is made of gin-and-Campari custard, the whipped cream is spiked with sweet vermouth, and it’s topped with orange zest. More critical information: It costs $8, comes with a shot of a Negroni cocktail, and is only sold on Sundays as part of Ward’s “Beggars Banquet” industry-focused night, where a D.J. will play classic rock. Genius.
