A Conversation With Marcus Samuelsson; City Grit’s Lobster Dinner

City Grit is teaming up with the Maine Lobster Council to host an ‘Antennae to Tail’ lobster dinner on Thursday, July 18, at 7:30 p.m. Bostonian chef Mary Frances Heck will prepare a menu featuring every bit of the crustacean, with dishes like knuckle sandwiches and reconstructed chowder. • This year’s World Brewers Cup champion, Counter Culture’s Erin McCarthy, is hosting a free coffee-brewing demo tomorrow, as well as on July 16 and 23, at Dean & Deluca in Soho from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. She’ll demo the Chemex pour-over brew method and serve tastings of Counter Culture’s Fina El Puente.
