The recently expanded Franny’s in Brooklyn now has its wood-fired oven up to temp a little earlier each day. The restaurant opens every day at 12 p.m. and offers lunch until 3 p.m. on weekdays. Weekend hours remain the same, and the best part is that the full menu is available during lunch hours, so any time is the right time for a salad of dandelion greens with anchovies and bianco sardo.
