Eater NY notes that Paul Liebrandt and Drew Nieporent have announced their Tribeca restaurant will take a summer vacation of sorts for the first time in its five-year history. Corton “will be closed during the month of July for summer break,” according to its website. Liebrandt has his hands full opening the Elm in Williamsburg, and meanwhile, Nieporent tells Eater that break may extend into the first few weeks of August. [Eater NY, Official Site, Related]
