Apprentice turned master ramen chef Keizo Shimamoto’s anticipated Bassanova Ramen is now in soft-open mode in the old Egg Custard King Two Café at 76 Mott Street. C.B. Cebulski has a sneak peak at the ramenya’s signature green curry ramen, which appears to be garnished with raw mizuna and grilled shrimp, over at his always excellent Eataku.
