Icelandic Restaurant Replacing Les Enfants Terribles

This spring, ten-year-old Lower East Side spot Les Enfants Terribles closed to renovate and rebrand. In mid-July, the restaurant will reopen as an “Icelandic concept complete with a new bar and smoker in the rear for meats and fish,” according to Bowery Boogie. There will be a retail store and basement lounge inside the restaurant, too. So what is Icelandic cuisine, exactly?
