What To Eat For Lunch At Baume & Brix

With its big sceney look and chefs from Moto, Baume & Brix may not strike you as a natural lunch place. But the food is mostly comfort food-ish with a playful modernist twist or two, and hip-and-not-overrun sounds pretty good for lunch to us. Anyway, Baume & Brix is kicking off lunch today, running from 11:30 to 2:30 p.m.; here’s what’s on the menu, and they’ve got a video talking about their approach that’s below, too.
