A while back we ran the menus for the newly revamped Stetson’s Modern Steak and Sushi, whose updating and reconcepting was part of the mammoth $168 million renovation of the Hyatt Regency Chicago, the largest Hyatt in the world. Well, here come two more restaurant/bars on the same property. American Craft Kitchen & Bar is a new casual restaurant located in the sunlight of the glass atrium of the East Tower Lobby, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The name reflects chef Daniel Kelly’s desire to source as much midwestern produce as possible (such as Rushing Waters Rainbow Trout) and reflect it in his American cuisine. While BIG Bar, as you might guess from the name, is a glitzy new bar offering big plates ranging from burgers to nachos, a really big (90”) big screen, and big tables with their own big screen TVs they can control themselves. Anyway, we’ve got lots of menus for both of these new spots below.
