In Michael Bauer’s weekly roundup of favorite dishes, he mentions that he recently dined at The Olema in West Marin, which we’ve been hearing about for months now. (Jonathan Kauffman recently raved about it.) But the restaurant now has its own name, separate from The Olema Inn, as it turns out. And that is Sir & Star. And, thankfully, there’s now a menu online, and you can make reservations via OpenTable. Note that co-chefs Margaret Gradé and Daniel DeLong (also of Manka’s) are doing a “faux gras” paté of duck liver that is, they say, “so delicious it should be illegal.” [Between Meals/Scoop]
