The new replacement venue on the former Medjool rooftop, now El Techo de Lolinda (translation: the Lolinda rooftop), makes its public debut on Monday, May 13. As we told you previously, there will be a food menu separate from Lolinda’s, and it’s going to feature things like empanadas, quesadillas, and ceviche. SFist has some photos from a preview event, in which people were able to sample from the new cocktail list, and hob-nob al fresco up above Mission Street for the first time in over a year. Most notable: There’s now a glass windscreen capable of withstanding 150-mile-per-hour winds, which should come in handy, like, every day around 5 p.m. Hours for the new patio bar aren’t yet clear, and we’ll update you as soon as we see a menu, etc. [SFist, Earlier]
