While a few celebrities started their summer migration to the Hamptons, many were spotted broiling away with the rest of us in the city: A Baldwin and a Kardashian ate pizza together, the cast of Anchorman hit up Bar Americain in full costume, and Aziz Ansari pulled a prank in a men's bathroom. This, and more, in our weekly roundup of celebrity dining.

1 Oak: Justin Bieber crashed Carmelo Anthony's birthday at the Chelsea club, before heading to Marquee. Apparently, the two "hung out," which is pretty embarrassing for Anthony. [Page Six/NYP]

ABC Kitchen: Fashion powerhouses Tommy Hilfiger and Mickey Drexler dined together. [Page Six/NYP]

Bar Americain: Paul Rudd, Will Ferrell, Steve Carell, and David Koechner ventured to Bobby Flay's brasserie, and the Anchorman crew was in full costume. Was there a jazz flute performance, too? [Page Six/NYP]

Bemelmans Bar: Sir Paul McCartney and wife Nancy Shevell arrived at the Carlyle for a Monday night performance by Earl Rose. [Page Six/NYP]

Bistro La Promenade: Hillary Clinton and Senator Chuck Promenade had a "serious business dinner," fueling presidential campaign rumors, of course. [Page Six/NYP]

Bleecker Street Pizza: Stephen Baldwin and Kylie Jenner were spotted at the West Village pizza place. Kylie left with his daughter Hailey Baldwin and some other casual friends of America's famous families, while Stephen stayed to finish the pie. [NYDN]

Bostwick's Chowder House: Hopefully chef Bobby Flay didn't miss the cast of Anchorman at his midtown brasserie when he stopped by the East Hampton restaurant. [Page Six/NYP]

Costata: Woody Allen ventured to Michael White's brand-new Italian steakhouse with Soon-Yi. [Page Six/NYP]

JG Melon: Mayor Bloomberg and Diana Taylor had a pre-theater dinner at the local landmark before seeing Bette Midler's I'll Eat You Last. [Page Six/NYP]

Lavo: Kevin Spacey and Cuba Gooding Jr. joined Steve Aoki in the D.J. booth at the midtown club. We hope he ended up in a few pictures. [Page Six/NYP]

Ruschmeyer's: Aziz Ansari hit up the Montauk restaurant this week. He went to the men's room and pretended to pee in the sink, causing someone to yell, "You can't go there, bro!" [Page Six/NYP]
