Earlier this month, the Nolita restaurant parted ways with chef Kenneth Corrow. Co-owner Paul Shaked tells Grub that he’s now working with chef Tal Aboav, formerly of Balaboosta. Aboav, who’s previously cooked in Tel Aviv, should be a good fit for the Cleveland’s Mediterranean bent. He’s introducing new dinner and brunch menus, with dishes like oyster-mushroom soufflé, black quinoa with house-cured salmon, and, you guessed it, a kale scramble. [Earlier]
