The Abbey, the West Hollywood hot-spot that took a big stand against bachelorette parties last year, is facing allegations that two women were drugged and sexually assaulted by staff on separate occasions. A lawsuit claims that one of the women came to the bar in November 2011 with her girlfriend. After having a fight and separating from one another, the victim claims she ordered a drink at the bar that was drugged, before being taken outside of the club by a busboy and raped.

TMZ reports that another alleged incident happened in April of that same year, with the victim also claiming she was dosed with a date rape drug before being raped in a staff-member’s car. The victims filed a lawsuit this week asking for over $10 million for each woman, with The Abbey yet to comment on the legal action or incident.

The Abbey, which was once named the “World’s Best Gay Bar” by Logo, is unfortunately no stranger to criminal accusations. A manager was accused of embezzlement in 2012, while its parent company, SBE, is currently fighting allegations of harassment and discrimination over a lawsuit at its restaurant Cleo.
