The Spotted Pig’s Filipino Menu; Ramp Fest Hudson 2013

The Spotted Pig will host Filipino night on Monday, April 15. April Bloomfield's sous-chef Edie Ugot will celebrate her heritage with a menu that includes sizzling sisig with fried egg, Kare-Kare oxtail stew, and lumpia. Tables are first come, first served. [Grub Street]

• On Monday, April 8 at 11 p.m., Willow Road is hosting a Low Country Crawfish Boil with guest chef Jason Hua from the Dutch’. • Calling all ramp fanatics: Ramp Fest Hudson 2013 is on May 4 at Basilica Hudson. Experience the ramp as interpreted by the likes of the Farm on Adderly, Sfoglia, and Gallow Green. Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the door. [Grub Street]
