Tonight Han “the Man” Chiang and Sixpoint Brewery rep (and dude about town) Jersey Dan Bisogno are teaming up for a dinner at Han Dynasty’s University City outpost that pairs the restaurant’s scorching Szechuan with some of the Brooklyn-based beer maker’s specialty brews. Five courses will be paired with five different varieties of Sixpoint suds, including rare releases like a citra hops, rosemary and coriander dry-hopped ESB, and the Mast Brothers Chocolate and Stumptown Coffee collaboration, 3Beans Imperial Baltic Porter. Menu highlights include a sweet, dry pepper soft shell crab, Szechuan sweet and sour fish sticks, and scallop and beef tenderloin surf and turf.
