What makes a restaurant “classic”? Obviously it can’t be that new, and it has to be consistent over a long period of time, universally adored, and generally unimpeachable. SFist just unveiled a list of the ten best classic restaurants in San Francisco, and you can decide if you have any quibbles with it — Zuni, House of Prime Rib, and Tadich Grill all make it on there, as do a few slightly newer classics like Delfina.
