The pastry chef Sam Mason, who was, once upon a time, very much a sort of Doc Holliday to Wylie Dufresne’s Wyatt Earp, will continue his milk and egg obsession with the opening of OddFellows Ice Cream Co. in Williamsburg. The shop will have a “soda fountain feel” and will open soon, and is now raising funds on Indiegogo.
