Roy Choi’s autobiography, coming from Anthony Bourdain’s fledgling publishing house and written with help from Squid Ink contributor Tien Nguyen and Sunny Spot PR rep Natasha Phan, is no longer going to be titled Spaghetti Junction: Riding In Cars With Boys Shotgun with an L.A. Chef. That mid-period Guns ‘n Roses-esque name is apparently being scrapped for the cleaner, more civic-minded L.A. Son: My Life My City My Food. The book is currently due out this November, with a 42% discount if you reserve it today on Amazon. [Eater; Earlier]
