“Manager would prob freak out if he knew it was a Michelin inspector’s credit card they accidentally over-charged by $800!!” tweets one of our local inspectors. We wonder where this occurred! And does this mean, in the name of anonymity, the inspector didn’t say anything? Otherwise the restaurant ought to know who they are, and therefore know who the inspector was.
