The Times reports that Marc Murphy and partner the Gerber Group will run the food and beverage operations at the forthcoming Viceroy Hotel, scheduled to open in September at 120 West 57th Street. The Ditch Plains and Landmarc chef who is also co-chairing this year's blockbuster Taste of the Nation event with Alex Guarnaschelli is set to open a ground-floor restaurant, as well as a bar just above the hotel's 29th floor. Murphy's rep didn't reveal any additional info on the project, but said more details about the menu and the view will be coming soon. [NYT, Earlier]
