"Live rodents, dead rodents, gnaw holes and rodent excrement" were just a few of the things inspectors found inside the V.I.P. Foods warehouse in Ridgewood. The manufacturer sells a number of products like gravy and soup bases for food-service institutions, but also a few retail lines of dessert mixes and soups. There are no reports of illness at this time, but if you're thinking about making any instant pudding, now is probably a really good time to take a really close look at the mix in your cupboard.
