Mission Chinese Chef Coming to Taste of the Nation

Danny Bowien, the chef behind San Francisco and New York’s critically celebrated Mission Chinese Food, will be cooking in L.A. this summer. Digest reports that the Korea-born chef, known for dishes like char siu pig ear terrine and Sichaun pepper chicken with chili sediment, will be cooking in the VIP section of Share Our Strength’s “Taste of the Nation” this summer.
